How to use

Shower steamers: Allow shower to get extremely steamy. Place shower steamer tablet away from direct contact with water. Lightly wet it to activate. Breathe in and enjoy.

Use a quarter sized amount, warm between your hands and rub in circular motions on your body part. Use as desired. A little goes a long way.
