DFB offers FREE exchanges.
Second guessing your purchase? Did it come damaged? No problem! Products must be unused, unopened, and not tampered with to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds will only be on the value of the item - not the shipping cost.
Exchanged items will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
If your product arrived damaged, please send a video and/or pictures of the damaged item no more than 7 days after receiving it to email@example.com . You will receive a refund (minus shipping cost.)
If your order never arrived, unfortunately refunds are not possible. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer in the care of DFB. To ensure your order reaches you, or to open a ticket with the shipping company, it must have a tracking number. Be sure to select that option at check out.
No tracking number = cannot find if lost.
