Makeup + Beauty Services

• Please arrive on time to your appointment. While I understand life happens, please be considerate and communicate if you are going to be late. Appointments will be cancelled after 30 minutes if there is no communication.
• A 20% non-refundable retainer is required upon booking your service. Your appointment will only be confirmed upon receipt. this will go toward the total amount due the day before the booking date.
• If a trial is needed, it will be conducted no later than 1 month before the event date.
• If the booking is cancelled within 60 days of the event, you will be invoiced 50% of the remaining balance.
• If for any reason I need to cancel the booking, you will be refunded and recommended a new artist. If the trial was already performed, the refund will exclude this.
• Once a service has started, it is imperative you remain seated for durations of the service. Bathroom breaks are welcome, but getting up frequently affect the quality of the work. 
• You are welcomed to add to the number of people in the party, but you cannot decrease this number. If less people are getting their makeup done, the initial amount will remain the same. 
• I require information on whether you or any guests have allergies. I, Daelen Fadelle, will have no liability in any reaction including, but not limited to, eczema, breakouts, raches.
• I will not conduct services on someone with open sores or wounds on their skin.
• Please keep phone use to a minimum. 
• Once the service is done, please let me know your honest thoughts on the service. I am very accommodating and will gladly adjust anything you would like. Once we have parted ways, I will not be responsible for adjusting the look. 
• If you require me to come to you, please ensure there is a spacious clean area for me to work from. Dining tables/kitchens are great. 
• I will be taking pictures, but if you are not comfortable in doing so, please let me know at the beginning of the appotinment.

Tanning Clients

• Please shave 2 days before appointment.
• Shower 3-5 hours before the appointment avoiding cream based body wash.
• Do not use body moisturizer the night before/day of.
• Weal loose fitting clothing that is easy to put on; a black/dark coloured zipped sweat suit works best.
• Depending on the development time, rinse off with water only. After 24 hours, you can take a full shower - still avoiding cream based body washes. This will ensure your tan remain event and lasts longer.
• Hot showers, chlorine water, cream based products, exfoliating and exfoliating can fade your tan. Please be cautious of this. If you were in chlorine water, rinse as soon as possible.

Do you travel?

I travel within the Kitchener-Waterloo area as well as the Greater Toronto Area.

What if my party does not have the minimum amount of people?

That is totally okay! You will book according your group size, but the minimum amount must be paid. 

Do you bring an assistant?

An additional artist or assistant will only be present if needed, for example, with parties of 8 or more. 

Can I pay less for a natural look?

Prices are based on the time it takes to create a look perfect for you. Prices will remain the same regardless of what the look is.

I sure do! Trials are always recommended so we can create a look perfect for your special day.
